I’ve been a fitness trainer for 5 years and have taught many aspects of fitness from dance to weight training to group fitness classes and everything in between. I’ve also undergone two abdominal surgeries within that time. Ask any fitness enthusiast and they will tell you how excruciatingly hard it is to come back after an injury. Let alone, two within two years. Not only is there a physical aspect of dealing with injury but the mental aspect can be just as hard to get through. However, I was able to do just that because I knew how to appropriately assess my strength and mobility, manage my expectations around my goals, as well as progress myself consistently in a manner that allowed me to build the appropiate strength in a relatively short amount of time. I am proud to have done that for myself and I take great pride in having helped many clients unlock their strength potential in order to increase their confidence and improve their overall quality of life.
